1. Returns Based on Buyers Remorse

At Resident Clothing, each product is custom-made for every order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer returns for buyer's remorse or for a product that was ordered incorrectly. We ask that you carefully review each product you order before proceeding with checkout as we will not offer refunds for products unless they have issues related to misprinting, damage, or defective items.

2. Claims for Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items

Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

3. Lost Packages

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

4. Problem Reports

If you notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report so we may attempt to resolve the issue and provide an amicable solution.
